Abstract
This invention relates to low-overhead AI-ML-based positioning enhancements for advanced wireless communication networks. The proposed techniques employ artificial intelligence and machine learning mechanisms to support wireless positioning while reducing the signaling, measurement, and data collection overhead associated with positioning operations. The approach aims to enable efficient AI-ML-assisted positioning and improve the scalability and operational efficiency of positioning procedures in next-generation wireless networks.
