Abstract
This invention relates to AI/ML-based downlink beam prediction for 5G-Advanced and 6G wireless communication networks. The proposed approach employs artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to predict suitable downlink beams using information available within the wireless communication system. The technique aims to enhance beam management efficiency and reduce the measurement and signaling requirements associated with beam selection and tracking in advanced wireless networks.
